Pool

• Available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm with limited access to time slots (to be booked at the reception)
• Children up to 12 years old can access the swimming pool until 5.00 pm with the miniclub manager.

Sauna and turkish bath

• Area available for a fee (to be booked at the reception).

Cabins and treatments

• Available with beauty and wellness treatments (to be booked at reception).

Miniclub

• Access to the miniclub is subject to a quota and children over 12 years need the EU-Covid-Certificate.
• Available from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
• Weekly entertainment program for children from 3 to 12 years (max 15 children).
• Obligatory mask for children over 6 years old.
• Free access to the swimming pool for children until 5.00 pm accompanied by the miniclub manager.

Other services

• Sanitized ski bus available with mandatory mask from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• The service is guaranteed round trip for the Cinque Laghi and Spinale lifts (about 150 m from the hotel).
• Ski school and rental at the hotel at discounted rates.
• Ski room with locker for skis and boots, heated and sanitized for the exclusive use of the room.

Safety regulations

• Social distancing: the minimum distance of 1 meter is required wherever and whenever possible.
• Masks must be worn indoors. These are not required when sitting at the table.
• During physical activity and generally outdoors, there is no mask requirement if you can keep a safety distance of at least 1 meter.
• Masks and hand sanitizer are provided.
• Daily disinfection of public areas.
